This site is a wonderful resource for someone like me who loves beautiful things but doesn't have the freedom to go shopping very often. I am an art collector, and I often find desirable pieces from some of my favorite artists for sale here. They've done the work to vet their sellers and protect the consumer. I've had nothing but great experiences with everything I've purchased from furniture to artwork to jewelry.

Easy to make an offer. Wish there was a way to go back and change the address on the payment as I made a mistake and clicked the box where the address was the same as shipping.

Everything was wrong this time!! The 'chat' was useless! Then, no follow-up! Whether a small dollar transaction, or a large one, there was no excuse for this type of communication! At the company I work for, we would have held a meeting on this experience alone and used it as 'what not to do'!
