Evoline did not pay my hotel stay i was really sock to find out it was not pay i had to pay it out of my pocket. I would not recommend anyone to use evoline for travelling

My booking could be cancelled without any penalty by 26 th november. I sent you several emails with a request to cancel the booking because I got a much better deal. I never received a reply from you AND THEREFORE I RAISED A DISPUTE WITH AMEX.

I am not sure but i think they are bankruptcy. I tried a lot of times now to delete my reservation . It should be possible for free but its not working. Nobody is answering emails ore phone calls.

I had booked Adante hotel on Elvoline on Feb 2019. Booking was smooth and I exactly got what I had expected. I found the lowest price for the Hotel here and that was a huge saving in SFO. Thanks Elvoline

My husband arrived at his accommodation at the Crossley Hotel last night to find it closed. A tradesman advised that it is closed for several months. We had received no notification whatsoever that this was the case; terribly frustrating and unprofessional.

Booked hotel a year in advance and everything went smoothly, checked in on arrival no problem, everything pre-paid so all we had to do was settle in.

DO NOT USE . I made a booking with them via Trivago. It was fully refundable. I contacted them on multiple occasions to cancel the booking and tried for several weeks. They have never bothered to reply. I tried different ways, emails phone, with no luck . Trivago eventually got involved and said I should expect a refund. It didn't happen, when it was meant to. My credit card company eventually provided a refund for me.

I booked with Elvoline only to arrive at the resort and find out there is an additional resort fee that was $191 ! That was NOT disclosed in the email I received for my booking. I would give it 5 stars if a refund is given. Mistakes can happen but this is not right. In all the bookings I have made, I never have experienced anything like this. Glenn Wallace
