New Zealand | 12 November 2019DO NOT USE . I made a booking with them via Trivago. It was fully refundable. I contacted them on multiple occasions to cancel the booking and tried for several weeks. They have never bothered to reply. I tried different ways, emails phone, with no luck . Trivago eventually got involved and said I should expect a refund. It didn't happen, when it was meant to. My credit card company eventually provided a refund for me.

That was NOT disclosed in the email I received for my booking. I would give it 5 stars if a refund is given. Mistakes can happen but this is not right. In all the bookings I have made, I never have experienced anything like this. Glenn Wallace
