Recently bought timber for an extension. The quality exceeded my expectations. Very impressed.

I had to ring to see when delivery was going to be as I didn't receive any confirmation, but this was not the main problem , From my order I was missing a roll of felt ,i told the delivery driver who said it hadn't been given to him and that the company would be in touch , I herd nothing so tried ringing for 3 days straight , no answer and no response to the voicemails left , i also tried to email them but no response ither .

No communication from them at all I had to ring to find out when delivery would take place. Was told Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Driver rang me on Monday mid morning telling me he was 40 mind away while I was at work. Can't fault driver and he did as I asked and left my order safe for me.

The best service hi quality product

Timber is good quality, price very competitive. Only given 4 stars because of a lack of communication on a delivery date. But when I had 1, the driver gave over an hour notice when he was arriving. Driver was very helpful also. Would buy again

Placed a small order on the periphery of the catchment area so appreciate it was not hugely profitable - therefore happy to wait for a suitable delivery slot as it was a great price. Limited communication but we got there - and everything is as ordered.
