Great quality timber at exceptional price. A few frustrations with comms but delivered and placed safely after a couple of failed to appear delivery dates with no contact

Ordered online which was very easy and my wood arrived within a few days. Driver was very polite and very helpful. The price for the wood was the best I good find on the Internet and it was cheaper than any of the DIY places. Definitely will recommend as a good place to buy your wood from.

Had some issues with delivery along the way, But got there in the end.

Very friendly nice people and cheap

Emailed twice now with pictures about a poor quality delivery I had last Thursday hoping to get replacements sent out 2 bundles of tongue and groove log lap buried under some better quality in the delivery pile, it was clear it had rubbed or been loaded rough as it was covered in red paint too all not fit for purpose. I am realistic and expected some bad boards which there is a few but the quantity in the bundles was not acceptable to me. Update: as green forge stated I was contacted very soon after my last post and apologies made, it has now been rectified and Ben kept me up to date and ensured I was happy which I am more than pleased now it's sorted I can continue building my man cave. Outstanding service and would definitely use again. Ordered large quantity of timber at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. Was delivered at 11am the next day! All items were spot on in terms of quality and dead straight (which for the price I really wasn't expecting!) Price including delivery was over £80 cheaper than our cheapest local timber supplier (I have several trade accounts)

Great prices on all timber and dont have pay untill you are happy with products. Got my order today and Delivery guy was on point helped massively not just unloaded but helped take it round the back. Highly recommend

Excellent prices and delivery. Being able to pay on delivery by cash or card is really helpful when ordering timber products, as you can make sure you're happy with it before handing over the money. Great service all round highly recommended
