Had some teething problems getting my order as stuff out of stock, but the team switched some stuff round and upgraded a couple of bits. Delivery driver was great and gave me some great advice for my build

I'm always worried from places on Facebook, but this company has boosted my confidence. They went beyond to get the order to me and required. The driver was polite and helpful too. Even though it took a little bit longer then I hoped I can't fault this company and will be ordering more for future projects

Quality timber

Ordering was super easy and delivered in 2 days ,they arranged alternative when stock issues and sent extra to make quantity and coverage right and some ,pay on arrival was a very good service as lets you inspect there timber which is really high quality then pay, delivery guy was super helpful with communication ,letting me know time of delivery and help unloading etc can't fault the service from this company would highly recommend

Easy to order from website. Great communication on when to expect delivery. Even a courtesy call or message to let you know rough delivery time on the day. 2nd order with this company and really can't fault them Fantastic quality timber amd John the delivery guy is super fast amd friendly. We have a huge project build going on so will be ordering again soon. Missed something off the delivery the first time. Delivered the missing stuff free of charge three days later which is great service. Very good quality timber, but the 3x2 Carcassing timber was C16 not C24 as advertised when purchased, hence the 4 star review not 5.

Excellent products, and very competitive prices. Couple of very slightly damaged lengths so they gave me extra without even asking. Prices knock all diy and most builders merchants over. Very good communication and an excellent and very helpful delivery driver. Highly recommend.

Great job from Greens Forge Timber! I had the order delivered as promised, the wood is good quality and it was delivered to my house in 3 days only. The delivery was free as my order was over £500. John(I hope I recall his name correctly) also helped me with moving the OSB boards inside my garden.
