This is a bogus website! They send you a link that doesn't work and charge you anyway on your credit card! Tried to call the phone number and it is not even a working number. I disputed the charge and blocked them!

Activation keys do not work. Microsoft error codes and messages say that the product they sold me was unlicensed, invalid, or expired and I should get a refund from the reseller. Dont waste your time and money on this scam.

Remains to be seen. I have just contacted the company to have some questions answered. I'm a little skeptical because the product doesn't have a license key. It's registered with a username and password, so I wanted to find out more information. I tried to email "support" and they told me to chat, but didn't send a link in the email, so that's kind of weird so I found the webpage and contacted customer support. I had absolutely ZERO problems downloading this companies Microsoft Office Professional Plus. It was easy and completed in less than 20 minutes. It was very reasonably priced at $49.99 and I greatly appreciated the lack of drama with the download. I would definitely recommend.

If you make an update at least make it work My first screen of pc is not recognized any more hours of work lost I send my bill to Microsoft you should be ashamed!!! Its time for Ubuntu

I bought a new desktop computer "Windows 10" in June this year. I have been unable to use it most of the time because the start button does not open programmes. I have phoned both PC world, where I bought it and Microsoft continuously in an attempt to get support but there is no phone, chat, email or any other support available. What I have found instead is that millions of people are writing on-line that they are also experiencing the same problem and like me, they are not able to access support of any kind. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering buying Windows 10 to search the market for something else. Microsoft has gone from bad to worse over the last ten years and they cannot keep using the excuse of COVID-20 to cover their support ABSENCE when they are still selling Windows 10 without any problem

Attempted to report fraudulent purchases on my credit card (7 purchases worth 650 dollars in 15 minutes) and in turn was accused of making false accusations. I wouldn't trust making a purchase through this company!!

The initial install instructions that were emailed did not work. I emailed their support with the error message and received updated instructions that worked.

Unfortunately, this program did not work for me. I purchased this program based on the reviews but after installing this program Microsoft kindly told me that it was an unauthorized account. According to their website you can call them and they can help you but that didn't happen for me. Not only did they not return my call they didn't even return my email. It has been two weeks that this program doesn't work nor have they tried to reach me via phone or email. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a copy of Microsoft Office and was sold a defective product registration key. Their customer support gave me the run around instead of fixing the issue. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

CRIMINALS! Positive reviews are FAKE! Too many people experienced same as I did for them to possibly be real. Purchased and downloaded software and key. Key would not activate so I tried to contact support with the contact info from the order confirmation. Phone number says "call is rejected". Sent several emails over a period of 3 weeks to support-at-microsoftwares dot comm and received zero response. How a company like this is allowed to operate when it is clearly a criminal operation is astounding. The bank that processes the payment to Send Owl that provides download site are all complicit in this criminal activity.

Microsoft software are very useful these days. I use Microsoft products like Microsoft dot net for my day to day application development work. I use window PC so a lot of Microsoft software came inbuilt in this operating system and use almost all of the software which make my work efficient and manageable.

Yesterday I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus and downloaded it. I initially had a problem with all the applications, such as Word, Excel, providing error messages. I called the Tech Support hotline, but was redirected to the web site where I was able to post my problem and pasted in a copy of the error messages. Several hours later I received an email with a new download link and the Product Key that is required by Microsoft to run the application. I downloaded MS Office 2019 Prof Plus successfully and entered the Product key when prompted. All applications worked properly. This is a great software package by Microsoft and is FAR BETTER than their MS Office 365 which you must LEASE each year for $99.99. I tried a 1 month trial copy and hated it, so I cancelled it the same day and bought Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus for $39.99, a great price. This online seller is easy to work with and they got back to me the same day that I had a problem. Unfortunately, you are not able to reach a human if you call, probably because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, but they emailed the required information to download in several hours. A happy customer.

This place is a SCAM!!! You send in your money, they send you a license key. it doesn't work. They tell you to call Microsoft. The end.

I purchased MS Project Pro 2019 The download and key came very quickly after payment, however the first key provided had already been used. I was able to get a response back from Softwares via support@microsoftwares .com Calling the US (213) and UK (020) hotlines does not connect and the "contact@microsoftwares" .com seems to be a ghost as well. Within a couple of hours of emailing support@microsoftsoftwares, I received a replacement key but I do not know if this was the winner since it caused an infinite loop with MS Office download. I ended up dialing the Microsoft phone number for telephone assistance authenticating and I think the original key that was sent utilized the operational code and that went through. I was recently laid off which is why I was taking a shot that this service is legitimate and honestly I don't know if it is but troubling times... I am currently taking an online training course for MS Project which is why I need a copy of the program on my laptop to follow along with the instructor.
