Got a key from them that was already being used. After contact them the sent me a new code that did work. The are quik and reliable.

A little confusion on the download, however a simple email to their support and the issue was resolved for me, I was pleased otherwise with the software purchased. After spending the following day with the software, I am very pleased with my purchase, it works great, no issues encounter what so ever, I have increased my rating from a four to a five based on how great it is working.

The first email I got had keys that did not work and it ai the product was 32 bit. I thought it was a scam and sent an email back within 5 mins saying id get PayPal to stop the credit I was amazed to see an email the next morning with correct keys, the correct link and it worked perfectly. Anyone can make a mistake it's what you do about it and these guys just sorted it with no fuss. Amazing. Saved a ton of money and products as advertised.

i purchased software. Access code did not work. Contacted tech support. Still can't download the software i purchased:(

2016 Microsoft Office: Everything worked, however, when it came to downloading the software you are kind of rushed in downloading the software (I think it was ten minutes). It gives you the count down like 'only 3 licenses left' so it makes you feel like your rushed into it. They should add more time, with all the fraud going on you just want to make sure you're not making any mistakes. Thought I saw at one point that a number was reserved for you but wasn't sure exactly what that meant when they still had the count down going. I would purchase again but they should change the time frame.
