So far so good and the powerpoint is working fine. Have not tried others (xls, word) yet. The download was very slow (I had to do it overnight). Not sure if it was from end or the seller end as I have a high speed FIOS connection, but I used my Wi-Fi for my download PC, so it may be the reason for slow download as it is about 3.5G of data download.

No support. I was unable to install 2019 professional plus. I called their phone support line 213-587-9073 multiple times and couldn't reach them. I never received a reply from my emails to them.

I had asked for IT to call me about getting assistance of how to download Microsoft office suites to my chrome book but nobody called. The directions that was sent to my e-mail, was not clear.

Received download link and key code immediately after purchase. Installed and works as needed. Great Deal for the software.

Phone number listed rejects your calls. They send you a product key for a different version than you ordered. And it wont activate. They wont answer your emails. They are definitely not Microsoft Authorized Seller. Buyer beware.

Just very reliably producing pricy garbage software. Microsoft is not innovative since almost all the "Inventions" are copied from Open Source/Apple etc. Microsoft products are not stable since they crack easily due to the numerous bugs. And right now I am unable to connect to MS Teams because the authencitation is simply not working. As usual for Microsoft there is literally no support.

Purchased MS Office 2019 based on other reviews on this site, and all went smoothly. No issues with registration or download.

This is junk. I purchased the Office Professional package. I got a download link and proceeded with that, which took forever! Only to find out that it was making me burn a disc?! I don't even know what that's about. After struggling to get that going, the disc wouldnt burn. Called the number for customer. They dont answer phones. It's just a messaging service. At that point, I knew I wasted my money. What a scam. I just decided the use Office Live with my online account. But it would have been nice to have the downloaded version on my computer. This is an "authorized dealer" of Microsoft products, or so they claim to be. I'm pretty sure I purchased some sort of pirated program.

[Update] After posting this the company sent me the correct key and it is working now. I've raised my star rating to reflect this. Paid for a Windows 10 Pro key and was sent an enterprise key. Enterprise Windows 10 can be controlled remotely by System Center Configuration Manager, (SCCM). I don't think anyone wants their computer remotely controlled without permission. I asked for the right key and they just said Enterprise is better, no Pro key. It must be easier for them to get the volume license keys than the individual pro keys. Buyer beware.

The WORST EVER! I purchase a WINDOWS 10 PRO FULL VERSION CD-KEY for a full version of the product, I go and enter it into change product key on my old system after I did a wipe & reload. Partions too, and Microsoft says you have a upgrade key? WWTTFF is this, I didn't and NEVER would purchase a UPGRADE. YOUR FALSELY ADVERTISING YOUR PRODUCTS AT CHEAP RATES TO GET HITS AND FUNDS!
