I paid for a download, they never delivered it. Customer support is an illusion. I don't think it really exists. Good luck communicating with them after they have your money. It's probably some college kids running a scam out of a dorm room somewhere. Avoid this company at all costs, or it WILL cost you.They just take your money. It's that easy. For them.

Don't trust this site!!!! I paid for one software and they sent me something else!!!! Microsoft fixed the mistake and am pleased with their honesty.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? Wait till you hear this. I just received an email from this company that offered to refund my money if I remove this bad review. BRIBERY!!! This company is an absolute scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Cannot access the software I purchased and they refuse to refund my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Honestly, safe your money, time and frustration. This outfit is AWFUL!!!

I need works so I figured I'd try these people. What a waste of money and time. Product will not download, no matter how hard you try or how long you sit there playing with the darn thing. All I know is it is nothing but a huge scam. People, do NOT waste your money!!!! Nothing but a scam and a joke. Oh, and trying to get a hold of this company is a joke. Never hear a reply. I am totally disappointed and please don't waste your money or time.

I figured I'd give them a shot, but it looks like it was a scam after all. I've twice emailed the company--once from my email account to their customer service address provided and once on their site directly. I was really, really hoping this wouldn't be an issue since it was listed as a verified seller on Google, and even the other reviews on here are mostly positive. Should always go with your gut. Took an age to download and then did not register as a valid product key or activate the product. When they replied to my email, they only sent yet another unverifiable code for me to try. I tried to verify both codes they sent me in four different places, three of which were places they recommended I try to verify the code! What then followed was a clearly not very well thought out or professional exchange via some other person on the end of their email address. So, I'll swallow my stupid tax and leave reviews on as many places as I can. I'm also considering reporting their site as fradulent and etc. Maybe their other products are legit. The digital product key download for Microsoft Office was not. Just find it somewhere else.

I purchased a download. The key and download were pretty much instant. However the key that was was delivered to me has already been used and I am unable to authenticate my software and therefore will not be able to use it. I have tried to contact customer support about this issue with no response. Don't waste your money this site is a scam

Download was easy! Thx. All programs work properly, however, I have found that I can no longer print to my network printer. Haven't been able to since the download. I am running Windows 10. Any suggestions?

After my previous negative review I was contacted by Microsoft and some of my issues have been addressed, the level 3 escalation operative was very helpful and rectified my account issues, this does however address the issues with windows update, Nvidia control panel, & version 1908 that seems to be causing issues with ASUS software, I am hoping a resolve can be found as soon as possible.

I was sent the key and the download link and everything worked fine last night. I woke up this morning to fraudulent charges on my credit card. This was the only purchase I made on the card in months so it is very likely they are compromised or selling card numbers.

Don't get involved with these people. I ordered Office 2016 Home and Office with lifetime license. Was given Office Pro with a one year license. Wrote two emails complaining and never got a response. Total rip-off.
