The selection process online is very good. The help video is just that, very helpful. My only concern is that when replacing your caster wheels into the existing chair’s tube, it requires more than a little pressure. It requires hammering. Possibly you could offer for sale, close to cost, a rubber-coated tool that would fit on the wheel that could be struck by a hammer thereby not damaging the wheel.

As usual, Service Caster products are to top quality caster supplier. My only issue is with delivery and tracking. And before you indicate that you have no control over the shipping agency, you do have control over who you choose to represent you. My shipment made it part way through the shipment and appeared to get lost at one of the shippers warehouses and took a while to find.
