Everything about this company is great. I had ordered 4 sets of castor wheels, but due to my own mistake of chosing the wrong plate mount size, I am unfortunately having to return them. I have personally examined the product and they appear to be very well made, strong, and more superior to other brands that are similar. However at a much lower price than their competitors. Customer service has been more than helpful in helping me with returning them and responded very quickly to my request. Will most definitely recommend to others

Actually found a fully locking 3" caster with a 10mm threaded stem. It's a very hard item to find. If I could have found one with just a 20mm long stem it would have been perfect, but trimming back the 35mm wasn't too much of an issue after the first one.
