I have purchased 18 casters, some fixed and some swivel for 5 projects at the Moffett Field Museum where I volunteer. One set of 4 is used on a stand for the KAO Telexcope which weights 2500 pounds. Six others are used on two vexing stands for the aircraft we have on display. I have been very happy with the deliver and function of he casters. I am a retired mechanical engineer. I very much appreciate the cad drawings of the casters, since I can easily incorporate them into my 2D cad drawings. Regards, John Mattis

Great selection of casters and shipping was fast! Had to return one order and the return process was very easy, it wasn’t free however.

Despite a seemingly helpful phone call and sending emails with detailed photos which included overlaid measurements, Amber recommended and sent casters with threaded stems that are too short and will not allow standard, secure attachment with a nut. Very disappointing.

Our shop creeper was in desperate need of new casters. After lots of browsing, I found Service Caster. They came with the special nuts, and seem to be sturdy. At 1/3 the price of OEM Matco casters, I can't complain. Apparently they're made in USA. Well worth it!
