I was skeptical that these casters would work on carpet, but they do! Totally worth the cost to get rid of my cracked floor mat!

Exactly what i needed and got here faster than expected.

I initially gave one star because you used USPS as the shipper and my product went all over the western United States. But I have since received the product and the casters fit my table perfectly. You did ship my product in a timely manner and that I appreciate. Just find a different shipper.

Arrived in perfect condition. Had exactly what we wanted at a great price. Can’t say good things about the way the postal service handled it. Traveled 4,000 miles to go 1,200. That was ridiculous!

Website was user friendly. I was able to find the leg machine wheel replacement I needed. Delivery was quick. I would use Service Caster again.

Casters seem to be of good quality. Have not actually set the chair on the floor yet so can not attest to the wood floor friendly claim made. I have installed them on the chair. Had to use some thin wood as shim material to get the sockets for the casters to hold in the worn holes already in the chair base. My one complaint is the sockets themselves they are made of very thin material and are rather insubstantial. They are working and will probably hold up but are the absolute minimum quality required.

First time using Service Caster. The interaction with the sales dept. was great. Because it was the first time, sales tax was applied to the order. As an educational institution, we are "Tax Except". I simply requested (via email) how difficult would it be to get an exemption. The response was incredibly quick (actually over a weekend) and following supplying the proper documents, the exemption was applied and a refund for the tax amount issued. Excellent! Plan to use Service Castor in the future.
