Swiss Vans were a pleasure to deal with. My contact was Alex Borley and he dealt with me from beginning to end of my purchase. Alex was very helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble. He kept me updated throughout the whole process right up to the day of delivery of my new van. I have had the van about 6 weeks now and we are still in touch via phone and email, but not in an annoying way :-) Would definately recommend.

I have a new, fantastic VW Transporter with the WASP pack and I could not be happier with the vehicle and service that I received. Ashley always got back to me in good time with all the relevant information required and basically wiped away the other competition that sell VW vans so much so that I did not even get a quote for them as service is what matters to me. Bought a new crafter van from Swiss, Cole organised everything from the paper work, to the colour choice, and ply lined the van at my request, delivery of the van came when they said it would, I did have a small problem with vw, I rang Cole straight away and the fault was resolved within 2-3 hours of reporting the fault, overall very happy and I will be back to purchase a new van next year,

Cole handled our purchase of the transporter 'Edition'. We discussed what we required and he couldn't have been more helpful. He didn't put pressure on us to buy and gave us plenty of time to make the decision. Even though it took a few months before we finally got the transporter (Not Swiss vans fault. Emission testing before delivery) Cole kept us fully informed. We picked the transporter up (Our choice) from the main dealer in Droitwich, and it couldn't have gone smoother. We were picked up from the train station and had a full comprehensive handover. We would definitely recommend getting in touch with Swiss vans before purchasing a new vehicle.
