Brilliant service, and lovely looking van too

Transit Custom Cole from Swiss Vans delivered on my new transit custom. Top spec and took Ford a while to build and deliver but worth the wait. Cole managed the whole process even dealing with Ford over a mistake they made on the build. Looking for a new VW Amarok to replace my old one I went to my local VW dealer who frankly gave me poor service and a poor quote. I contacted Swiss vans who not only gave me a better deal but also from the moment the phone was answered gave incredible service. I Dealt with Joe Banister and he couldn't have been more helpful. They even arranged to have my new truck delivered to Gatwick airport to meet me from a trip abroad. First class service well done Swiss Vans!

Absolutely brilliant service from Sion Jones @ Swiss Vans. Unbelievable how quick he delivered the vehicle too, and to mention how quick he managed to get everything sorted for me with regards to the paperwork and bits and bobs. Extremely happy with the van, already recommended Sion to 2/3 of my friends as I wouldn't want them or myself to purchase a van off anyone else apart from him . Don trust these cowboys and liars they are just total rip off merchants they say loads of stock they have very few actual vans in stock I bought a new custom they lied about my order and delivery times tried to catch me with my upgrade wheels and battled to get the originals wasn't told about adblue on van which I specifically told them I didn't want tried to cancel deal with leasing company and they lied their butts off to them I'm now stuck with a vehicle I didn't want, but after 2 months of arguing they said I should have refused the van on the day of delivery but my 16 year old son had signed for van when I was in work total and utter disgrace

Brilliant service all through the process from Sion, really made it smooth and easy.

Just coming the end of a 4 year lease and will not be leasing again with Swiss Vans. They like to offer "exciting news" when trying to clinch a deal that is decidedly unexciting, and then gets very arrogant when you ask them to do what you want, rather than what they want, ie cost the deal with no trade in, as they said they would only sell the van to a 3rd party, who apparently HAD increased their offer by £1000 (exciting news), but SW still unwilling to put a value on the trade in. Up shot is I got a much better deal elsewhere, so I should really be thanking them, less money, better spec van, maintenance and only a 12 month contract with just a 1 month deposit. You lost a customer.
