The service I received from Swiss Vans was exceptional - they understood what I wanted, were quick to find the van I wanted and kept me updated on the progress of purchase and delivery etc. The customer service I received from Tom was great and wasn’t pushy or pressured during the birth of my 4th child (hence van)! I’m a bit tight on recommendations but I would definitely recommend Swiss Vans.

I have recently purchased a vw transporter t6 from swiss vans. Firstly their price was the best i found and as the van was a factory order which also had lots of swiss extras there was a lot of detail to get right. I dealt with cole and i am pleased to say that the van arrived on time with the modifications and spec correct in every way. I would definitely recommend using swiss vans. My thanks to thr team. It’s the second time I’ve dealt with Cole Lewis at swiss vans and i have never had a problem everything I asked for I got. always kept me updated and the van was delivered when he said it would be. And the wasp kit is really nice on my t6 panel van thanks Cole 👍🏻

van turned up without any of the body kit or wheels, then waited two weeks for the guy to come and install it all at my home (he was good to be fair) but the side bars were out of stock, waited about another month for them to arrive... then got my local garage to fit them, and asked Swiss to pay for his labour (£70) have now sent 3 emails and am being ignored, so ill pay him myself which is not right. the van looks great and i am happy with it, but service from Swiss has been disappointing, wont use them again, shame as the products they provide are good

I can highly recommend Swiss vans. I dealt with Cole Lewis, very helpful and professional. Slight problem with delivery (out of their control)but I was kept informed at all the times. I have bought 2 vans from Joe Banister at Swiss vans and the only reason I bought the 2nd was because of the wasp kit so both vans are matching. I insisted on sat Nav on both vans to then be told when I received the 2nd van I never ordered it. No matter how many times I contacted them you never get through to Joe you are always told you will be put through then they say he is never at his desk and he never calls you back. But as soon as you mention buying a 2nd van he’s calls straight away. I was told I had to pay extra for the sat Nav knowing how much I needed it I agreed. 3 weeks later with no contact or return calls it arrived but I had already bought one anyway. I still haven’t received my holding deposit back from my 1st van and this was almost 6 months ago. The after sales service is that bad I would tell anyone to stay well clear of Swiss vans.
