After just 10 months, some extras fitted to as the wasp conversion had signs of rust emailed and called Swiss vans but no response no reply. Very disappointed as the side steps are now rusted from end to end. 👎🏻 Thank you for your swift response. It’s a shame you’ve decided to point out warranty’s rather than question quality of the kit you provide. I have forwarded the email with pictures I sent in January this year, while the email was out of the 12 month warranty the calls are not. I will try to find the number I called you on. The response from Paul and Ian regards the engine upgrades may invalidate the manufacturer warranty is quite alarming. It’s one of the reasons I bought the van, and a main selling point of your Wasp Conversions ! Also the 3 x sets of front tyres I’ve had in 20k also worries me, are these wheels fit for purpose / approved by the manufacturer Ford?

Professional service, always able to provide the right vehicle for us, will be using them again for our next vehicle.

No question was a pain or to stupid to answer, anything he wasn’t 100% sure about he went and found out for definite. No sales or extra were pushed on me by the company, explained my budget and got help to get the very best from the company.
