From the moment I made my first phone call enquiring about my new van until the delivery date I received nothing short of outstanding service. Hywel's prompt response to all my emails and phone calls made me feel like I was his sole customer. I'm a returning customer and will not hesitate to return again!

Phoned Swiss Vans after struggling with the local VW supplier. Swiss Vans found the van that I was after in stock in the UK within an hour. Payment was made and they delivered it within 4 days of my initial phone call (a day earlier than initially promised). Price - Swiss vans were £300 (Less than 1% of the value of the van) more than the same direct from Volkswagen, but saved me hours on the phone calling around to try and find exactly what I was looking for (VW had informed me that there was no stock in the UK and I would have to order for and wait 4 months). Swiss vans will be my first call for the next van to add to our fleet.

I have just got a new T6 from Huw at swiss vans very easy no problems took my old van in PX drop new van off and took my old T 5 with them would recommend them 100% thanks chris at cox building contractors this is my 2nd van from swiss vans cheers Huw

i put down £500 deposit on van, then found the same van for £2000 cheaper, so I pulled out of the deal,THEY THEN REFUSED TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT I've made around 40 calls to the salesman who I dealt with, and still they won't return my deposit even though the FCA say your entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. Complained to FCA AND GOING THROUGH APPROPRIATE CHANNELS TO GET MY CASH BACK!!!
