Everything was done over the phone and internet, and so felt a little disengaged in the process. The initial phone calls made with Neil laid out a rough plan of what would happen - which it did follow almost to the T. The only minor point I would make, was on occasions I rang and requested info without any follow-up until a second prompt - although I have to be realistic as they were processing all the new 66 plates in. I am very pleased with the vehicle and Neil's help in getting there. Definitely will go back. Cheers Neil, appreciate all the work you did.

On my initial contact with Swiss Vans, Rhys explained everything that I needed to know from different van specs, contracts and prices in a professional and non pushy manor. Nothing was too much trouble for Rhys. Once my mind was made up to purchase my van, Rhys sorted everything very quickly and efficiently with no hassle. I would definately use Swiss vans again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a Luton van, the advert said Brand new and no previous owners. When the van arrived, it had lots of scratches,red paint on the springs, a burn hole in the back door, the sealant was lumpy and poor, the under pod had bad scratches, the pod you could not use for loading as it had an aerial in the middle of it. On arrival i sent the vehicle back and asked them by email to repair it within a certain time or I was annulling the contract this was on the the same day. To cut an 18 month story short they said I did not give them reason to return the vehicle, and were taking 30 per cent of the purchase price, and also charge me for 20 days storage, as per there terms and conditions, that were never sent. I decided to take the matter further, in a statement they said they had sold the vehicle on the 12th of May, this was 7 days after I returned it, although they said they had it for 20 days and charged me storage for this. We then found out the vehicle also had a previous owner ?. They settled with 5 days to go out of court, my fees were over £10,000, that was settled in full, plus most of the outstanding money from the purchase as I let them of some money if they settled before trial. HE WILL REPLY AND GIVE EXCUSES BUT WHY WOULD WE GET OVER £10,000 IN LEGAL COSTS SETTLED OUT OF COURT, IF I WAS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ?
