Dave Tilby at Swiss is very good and would recommend Swiss Vans to everyone. Dave was prepared to find the van I needed and gave me time to think about it too (actually 10 months on and off umming and erring he has more patients than I do). Get to talking about pedal power and it feels like you are talking to a friend not a sales man. I just got my second van from Swiss Vans. I did the usual thing of shopping around, but they just can not be bettered for a first class service and price of there vehicles. Ricky is a really nice guy to chat to on the phone and makes it a very easy hassle free process. They delivered my van by 8:30 am on the day. It was cleaned and even had a quarter tank of fuel. Simply superb service, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What a joy to deal with a company that actually provides a genuinely good service - something so rare these days. I say company, we actually dealt with a Mr Mark Townsend the whole time and I can't praise Mark enough. He listened and came up with a great solution to our requirements. Top man - top company! My old van blew up on the M4 so was up the creek without a paddle and did not have the time to run around to see what was out there. Was not sure what I wanted so long as it was crew cab and lwb. Went online and checked out Swiss Vans. From the first contact with Ricky at Swiss, through to delivery was easy and stress free. I got a VW Transporter Kombi LWB that I had always fancied but thought was out of my price range. You often see these vans about and think 'how do they afford that!' Now I know…….. and I've got one. All it took was a couple of phone calls, a couple of emails and signatures and that was it! Jobs a good'un. I highly recommend to anybody that is after a new van to give Ricky and Swiss Vans a bash - I'm a bit of a stress head and get wound up and pee'd off very easily. Did not get that with these guys.
