Only issue is orders drop.in process photo never was added to delivery second order was reset. Ordering doesn't work well Wsl love the flowers

Great customer service. I had forgotten to apply a discount code when I ordered my flowers. I wrote them about it and was thrilled when they immediately provided a refund for that amount. The flowers and macaroons were perfect and they send you a photo of your bouquet. Ode a la Rose is now my go-to florist.

Great service and great packaging. Flower arrived safely and on time. One flower stem was broken but the rest are in tact.

Update: The company has contacted me and explained there was an error with my order, which meant the flowers weren't delivered. They will be refunding me. Spent $120 for flowers to be sent to my husband at his meeting hotel in Florida since we couldn’t be together on his birthday. Started out fine. Received an email with the flowers before they were due to go out, which I thought was a nice touch. Zendesk confirmed they added my husband as guest at the hotel. Then nothing. Flowers never got delivered. FedEx actually showed nothing since they created the ticket - never actually received the flowers from the florist. I asked for updates four times as I was worried by the tracking feedback. No response, no update. Received an automated request for a satisfaction survey. Said I was dissatisfied and website said ticket was closed (a day after) and ticket couldn’t be rated. Really disappointed and have requested a refund (not sure I’ll see it though). If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Used them before & was pleased with everything. This time unfortunately the vase was broken in many pieces but flowers were beautiful… did get a credit for the vase but disappointing for my friend..

I called from California for delivery Flowers to New York. They were very nice and cooperative and helpful. They delivered flowers on time. They informed me when they delivered. I appreciate their service very much.

The deliver man didn’t read the note on the door that said to call the number displayed for someone to let him in the office. Instead I had to call my girlfriend while she was teaching a class and ask for Andrea’s number at the front desk. By that time, my girlfriend knew something was up. The delivery man just needed to read the sign on the door.

Beautiful flowers

This was my first time to order from this company. My mother was turning 80 I know and I wanted something special for her. I ordered double orchids and it exceeded my expectations! There were two large orchids and And several smaller orchids any large container. The flowers were fresh and beautifully healthy. I bet they stand 24 inches tall by 12 or 13 inches long. I definitely would recommend! Thank you Ode ala Rose for making my mother‘s birthday memorable and special .

Sent the small 7 Rose arrangement to a friend who helped me out. She loved it.

My order was scheduled to be delivered today to someone in New York I set the address to her place of employment and it’s saying that my order is out for delivery. I payed a hefty sum for this delivery as I live in Florida. I’m quite disappointed in the service and am looking for answers.

The flowers were beautiful and arrived on time. Unfortunately, a few stems were already wilted and dying upon arrival. And the overall bouquet started to do the same within a couple of days.

This place is horrible I do have a mmultiple experiences with buying flowers this place I will not go to ever with a cost no one can be satisfied with what you received 😡😡😡

3 dozen rose bouquet looked like a small little bouquet nothing extravagant if that’s what your looking for.
