Never again. Ordered flowers for a memorial 3 days in advance. The flowers were delivered the day AFTER the memorial. No one called to tell me of the delay and when I discovered they didn’t make it and called ODLR customer service, they sent me an email (while I was on the phone with them I had my email account open) saying someone had emailed me the previous day to notify me and apologize. Also, while the flowers were $$$ and I had spent $120, they attempted to refund me just $18 saying it was the courier’s fault, not theirs. I told them the flowers were no longer needed and it was awful for them to arrive after the memorial. They promised a full refund but I am keeping an eye on my cc statement bc I do not trust them.

Great flowers, better service! Although my flowers were heavily delayed due to issues with the courier. Customer service consistently replied to my concerns and ensured that they were working to resolve them. Ultimately, my flowers arrived in good condition despite being in the sorting facility much longer than expected.

I used Ode à la Rose to send my mother flowers for her 80th birthday. She said they were the MOST beautiful freshest flowers she had ever received. I also added the macarons for a sweet treat and those were delicious too! I live across the country and Ode à la Rose helped me make my mother's birthday special from very far away.
