I recently ordered flowers online for my daughter’s birthday. I was able to place my order and have them delivered the same day in the New York City area. I had a question about my order that received a quick, helpful and friendly response. I was sent a photo prior to delivery to ensure the quality of the flowers I selected. My daughter was thrilled with her bouquet. She sent me a picture showing me how beautiful they were. She most definitely would enjoy them for days to follow. I am so pleased and will be ordering again.

Hi I’ve ordered 75 roses bouquet for my mothers birthday. Called grand soleil! My mother received 50 roses, 12 of which were so weak she had to throw it away. When I contacted the company I was told my mother is lying and that it was 75 roses. Disgusting company! There are many other places in Miami to get beautiful flowers and not being lied to!

After another florist cancelled my order the day of delivery, I was scrambling and found Ode a la Rose - and what a find!!! Beautiful arrangements, easy ordering and AMAZING service!!! When I forgot part of the delivery address, I emailed and Jeff responded to me immediately! I received a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery and it was GORGEOUS!!! My friend in hospital was DELIGHTED with her gift and I am DELIGHTED with Ode a la Rose!!! As Pray Tell said, "10! 10! 10! 10s ACROSS THE BOARD!!!"

AMAZING!!!!! My mother loved her birthday flowers. They were beautiful and I liked how you guys sent me a photo of the flowers before delivery because sometimes you don't really get what you see in the online photo but these flowers were exactly like the photo online. Super Happy will order again for next year.

Gorgeous flowers

My husband sent me 2 dozen roses for Valentine's Day (12 pink | 12 red). The red ones were essentially dead on arrival. The pink ones looked pretty but half never opened. I reached out to Ode a la Rose on Instagram and sent a photo of the red ones. They DM'd back to ask how many days after the flowers arrived the photo was taken. I told them 2 and then never hear anything further. So disappointed. My husband has sent me Ode a la Rose flowers many times (and I've sent them to friends, as well) and they're always been lovely and fresh. It's clear from multiple recent reviews that the quality has really plummeted--and so has their customer service. I don't think we'll be ordering from them again.
