Trying to decide which flowers to choose was difficult, everything was beautiful! I’m very pleased with all aspects of the order.

The flowers received were already withered

No customer’s service response on phone or emails. I’ve ordered three days ago amd not delivered until now. Although they are taking additional 20$ for delivery during valentine days. Simply you will lose your money and you will not know how to get them back.

Today is the second time I send my daughter using this flower company. They met my expectations the first time. Today they did a great job again. I will continue using this vendor. Very reliable and kept me posted with the status. Nice packaging. Thank you.

1 because I have to. Worst delivery I have ever seen. Completely fraudulent business practice. Vase totally shattered in box that was not wrapped up at all except in tissue paper. Flowers all snapped in half and crushed in the box. Was not expecting what I paid for. This is fraud and I will be reporting to BBB and expect a full refund for this being the worst flower delivery I have ever experienced. Do better!!!

My two friends loved their bouquets! They wee super efficient and nice presented.

The flower arrived, and the recipient was very happy with it. The only issue is that when the flower was delivered (a live orchid), the card that should have been attached was not there! As a result, the recipient did not know who sent it. I did message her, and she did receive the flower, and was very appreciative of the care instructions.

I couldnt tell from the picture what The arrangement looked like because it was shot from above & in the box. Couldnt tell size, height, flowers. What I saw looked ordinary. Tulips were small like yiu buy in the grocery store. Ranunculad looked wilted. Small roses. Very disappointed.

Last time I ordered it was for a teacher at the school I run. She had just had a baby. This time I ordered a rather expensive bouquet of white roses for my wife’s birthday. As I came home, I was shocked to see how small and unimpressive the bouquet was. Some of the roses already look like they’re wilting. For a $165 fee that is simply underwhelming. Happily, the gifts my sons and I have my wife made up for the bouquet but even she, who never complains, suggested I let you know how poorly your bouquet looked.

For prices like this, you’d actually expect the flowers to be delivered in the vase they make you pay for as an add on.

The recipient of the gift loved it, and said they were beautiful flowers well protected. Thank you!!!!
