American Financing is the best and very easy to work with! Especially Candice the underwriter was quick to respond and very friendly. Denice was good to but Candice Goins was the rockstar for sure. In fact, I even joked with Candice asking if she could call me after the closing just for old time sack since she was so easy to work with and friendly. I think I got a pretty good deal and the process was fairly simple. The only hiccup is make sure you establish the time zone your meeting will be. The first few meetings I felt were missed and I had to call in after the time that I thought was established to be told “there must have been a misunderstanding of what time zone the meeting was.” Their in CO and I’m in MO. So the process initially was a little bumpy but the meeting still happened on that day just an hour or so later. I’d definitely recommend American Financing.

I started looking around at a refinance and has so many questions. Most places would not or did not answer my questions but instead were just pushing me to start the process. Justin White however at American Financing took the time to understand my needs, ask good questions and address my concerns all without making me feel pressured!! He was very professional and would refer my friends and neighbors without a second thought!!

Overall the experience was pretty good. The process took longer than I had planned on but did get finished and I received regular contact and updates from the company. Justin White did a great job for me and I appreciated all the help he gave.

We closed a loan through American Financial in July 2020. Things were difficult everywhere with the pandemic but Justin was able to schedule and perform the actions and still adhere to all the restrictions in place. After closing, Justin contacted us again in November to offer an even lower rate for refinancing again. I was a little skeptical about being able to close another refi after only 4 months and how much it would cost and what it might do to our credit score. Justin explained everything completely and that the cost would be nothing or very little. It all worked out and lowered our payment another $75 monthly with no cost to us. It was ver worthwhile Justi was a great representative to work with
