I have to say,this was an amazing experience. Karim Lababidi and so many others did an outstanding job. Yes, the title search took longer than we wanted but that was not because American Financing didn't push for a timely search. During the search time, I had a couple of serious family emergencies and had to be out of town when everything was ready to close. American Financing was able to pull off a duo closing and saved the day. I do especially thank Karim for staying with us from beginning to end.

I feel I was mislead. I was told I would have two months with no payments, but then I was told just one month. I was told I would have a lower closing cost at closing about $1000 and then I didn't see it at closing.
