The ordering process was a little frustrating because it wouldn't allow me to use the voucher code for 10% off. On arrival the package was slit open all down one side with the contents on full view. The outer packaging was wet and dirty as though it had been dropped in a muddy puddle. The delivery driver did apologise saying it wasn't his fault. Fortunately the contents seem to be in good order?? Disappointed as purchased as a gift for xmas.

Seems to be the best baby bag I have found and fortunately not the most expensive. Delivery was also quick and efficient. Can’t wait to start using it when baby arrives.

Fast delivery, great product

Product not arrived and haven't been given a delivery date, despite emailing twice with no response. No delivery after nearly three weeks isn't good enough but not responding to comms is unacceptable.

6 months after getting my Babymel bag it broke. I had the Robyn Convertible Backpack. I didn't have the receipt as it was a gift so that was that. They refused to repair it or anything. What I learnt about Babymel - Really poor quality material. They concentrate on style rather than function. The outer layer of the bag is not hardwearing enough to be connected to the strap. If you carry more than some tissues and a few nappies in ultimately the outer material will break away around where the strap is attached. I used my bag regularly strapped to the pram and on my back. After a few months, the bag could not handle being used as a primary bag and gave up the ghost. Long Story Short: If it is one of many bags you bring out and don't use often and don't carry liquids in (milk is heavy) then get it. If you want a workhorse of a bag to get you around with your new baby look elsewhere. And check how the straps are connected to the bag! EDIT TO RESPOND to Babymel below, I was not 'resistant' to provide the receipt (don't know what your customer service is trying to insinuate). If I had it, I would of course send it. I told Babymel, I don't have the receipt as it was a gift, and on asking the gifter they had either discarded or lost it. This is clear in the third sentence of my review - my lack of keeping hold of the receipt. Nothing I said is inaccurate. For further transparency: Indeed my first action was to contact Babymel to see about rectifying the issue. After speaking online Babymel refused to do anything without the receipt as I originally stated. So that is the end of the line for the bag and me. It is what it is. I'm trying to figure out what to do with the broken bag, give it to someone more skilled than I who can find a use or upcycle it. To the buyers, don't let that receipt go anywhere if you do purchase one of their backpacks. From my experience you will need it.

We received our nappy bag from Babymel very quick after ordering. The bag itself is lovely, exactly what we hoped it would be. Baby isn’t due till the end of the year so I haven’t used it yet but love the size, changing Mat, bottle sections (including warming pocket) and my favourite bit (which works well) is the wipes pocket where you can with ease pull out a wipe on the side of the bag! We wanted a bag both my husband and myself could use and we both love it! Great quality and stylish. I would recommend highly
