The items arrived very quickly. I ordered 2 separate parcels (1 after the other) as I forgot to add an item on my first order and couldn’t edit it. The items arrived all together which is great, but I had to pay 2 lots of delivery.

I made a Purchase over two weeks ago. I still don’t have a tracking number nothing at all. No updates of when I should be receiving my products. Not sure what is going on.

The only thing that didn't work as promised - but was corrected immediately via e-mail - was the 10% reduction on the price for my first purchase after registration. So I am pleased in general. Bought a new change bag for impending arrival. Haven't used it in anger yet. Appears well made with lots of neat design touches. Shouldn't have been delivered for nearly 3 weeks due to stock but it appeared the next but one day. Bonus. Previous bag lasted nearly 3 years and was on it's last legs, hope this one stands up to the test of time just as well.

This bag is so cute but tiny (proportionate for a 1 year old). Able to hold a favourite toy and bottle I’d say. The reign is very helpful and so is the chest clip. Great design!

A gorgeous backpack for our 2.5 year old boy. He loves it too. Got it in the sale so excellent value for money.

Really pleased with my purchase. I got 2 backpacks for my twins for nursery. I also ordered 4 water bottles, one was missing from my order and this was promptly resolved and sent out. Everything is lovely quality and my kids loved the quirky designs.
