United States | 05 October 2018The only issue I have is that the pay is what I feel to low and also the requirements. For example certain mission need to be done within 3 days but you also require up 50% cloudy sky’s. That is wrong. If you’d like to have the mission done within 3 days ok but the need to have perfect skies as well is a bit to much to ask I feel as we have no control of how the weather will be.

United States | 01 October 2018Good for getting paid to fly your drone. Missions are few and far between, sometimes up to a month apart. When a mission comes through, you almost have to accept it without checking for airspace issues or the mission will be gone to someone else. More than once, a mission came through in Class C airspace, and my area didn’t have LAANC at the time. It doesn’t cost anything to join, so do it knowing you might not get much action. Fly safe!

United States | 01 October 2018I received the video of the WRONG property and have sent numerous emails to correct this with no response as of today. My seller even drove the photographer around the property so how they filmed the wrong land is upsetting to all of us!! Please make it right!!

United States | 30 September 2018No problems except a minor one where I feel you should be able to contact the client posting a mission because the price can be listed at an unreasonable price such as an insurance mission with alot of organization of the files because they're close up and there may be things they list that need to be photographed in detail but my the GPS imagery I cant tell what it is they listed. Such as one marker was in the middle of what appeared to be a driveway for wind/hail damage and I dont image roadway would be included in a claim for that but it could be cleared up with communication before accepting the mission. This I feel is minor so far since theres only 1 mission I've chosen not to accept so far because of this.

United States | 29 September 2018Terrible communication. Don't use them if you are particular at all about how you want the pictures to be shot, or if you have special instructions. They are unresponsive and did not call me prior to the "mission" despite multiple requests. Would give zero stars if I could.

United States | 29 September 2018I just started with this company, 5 Jobs now. I am thoroughly impressed with their workflow and the communication process that is set up during missions. Of course as with most “sub contractors”, we always wish for a bigger piece of the pie. But we also neglect to consider the cost to obtain these jobs. 😊 I’d also like to compliment DroneBase on the training they make sure you review prior to jobs. United States | 28 September 2018Wish I could give a great review like the person but I have been waiting almost 2 months and still haven't heard back about any of the videos I submitted. I'm asking myself why I haven't been submitting straight to Getty or through black box global at this point if it's going to take this long. Update: I did as the drone base rep said and sent an email to their customer service and was given an automated response, go figure! Never submitting anything through this app again!

Client Missions are few and far between, I've recently submitted 21 GettyScapes, All "In Production"but NO payouts yet. How long does it take for these to get paid and what happens to the rejected ones? Happy so far, but would appreciate knowing a payout time before I start sending more submissions in.
