Pay too low. And communication is slow. App special notes are different than the emails.

Definitely a good experience. Everything was clearly laid out as to what was expected. The app was a little dodgy when trying to upload but you can use the web easily too. Can’t wait for more missions!

Not a big fan of the system they use to pay pilots. But otherwise it’s a pretty good program in my book

Overall I wish training could be more updated often as well as a increase in payouts for long term pilots and quicker payouts. I’ve experienced when doing missions some of the training isn’t quite what has to be done in the field. As being a long time pilot the app still request me to do 1st time training g missions which I choose not to respond too. Being a long term pilot I wish there was a incentive to keep me more interested in responding to local missions. Instead I put them on my Blackburn unless I really have nothing else to do that day. Third, I wish payouts were quicker. I remember a time when I would get paid a few days after completing a mission . Then it got moved to a week which I understand and makes sense to me being a business owner, get job booked , get job done , get paid. However getting paid almost biweekly is not expected and little discouraging to even pick up a job knowing the payout is two weeks and only getting paid 70 bucks it’s almost a insult. But the website and pilot portal is nice to use and easy. And it’s great for beginner pilots learning the ropes but advance to veteran pilots not recommend.

Have been with them awhile now, always amazingly fast even when your on-site and need help just an email away. Also am constantly expanding my skillset with their online training. Can not think of any complaints, only good things.

I appreciate the DroneBase platform and being able to get this additional work. I've done two jobs so far. The supplied training is helpful. I do wish there was more information up front about the job so you know what you're going into.

The staff are great to work with and understanding when the mission is completed and the deliverable are uploaded

DroneBase has supplied me with a study flow of work containing a nice variety of mission types. Pay is always prompt upon mission completion. Mission objectives are well defined coupled with plenty of samples. Feedback is always swift whenever special situations occur that need additional instructions.
