I am very thankful for the opportunity to provide drone services to DroneBase's clients within my local geographical area. I've only completed two assignments to date, so it may be too early to provide a fully comprehensive review of this company. With that said, I've been very pleased with the email responses & support I've received from people like Cherish, Jennifer and Scott whenever I've had to reach out to them for assistance. However, if I have to identify one concern, it would be one of timely feedback. I realize the company has reassessed their payout policies, and I certainly do not have any problems with those changes. However, once a pilot completes an assignment, he/she should receive timely and constructive feedback (e.g., quality of assets provided, retake requirements if needed, etc.), preferably 1-2 business days. They shouldn't be left to wonder. Without such feedback, a pilot is limited if not helpless in understanding how he/she can improve services and/or products provided. Excellent turn around time when mission details needs clarification. Once mission complete, very quick response if you will get paid, or if a reshoot of the mission is required. Overall, very satisfied with DroneBase.

I enjoy flying missions for Dronebase . The app runs smoothly and is user friendly. Uploading the assets via Dronebase.com on a pc is simple and payout is quick after all assets have been recieved by Dronebase.

It’s simple and a great way to get experience flying drones. Glad I had the opportunity to start doing this.

They work with you and answer question within the hour. If there are issues, they walk you through it.

The support is fantastic, even when you are on site. In my area there are not many missions, but hopefully demand will grow.

Delayed my flight 3 different times

Great app for people that want to start out in the drone business. The app works well for apple devices with some exceptions (some learning curve to it).

Withholding payment for a completed mission that was 15 min after shot window....Even coordinated with DB prior to leaving and no response from DB. Ridiculous. This is copy of my last unanswered email to DB.... Getting ready to depart for both missions…please respond to DBM3087748585 and DBM9230678546. Assuming My timing is approved Thanks dean
