I was trying to get a mortgage as a non resident but still very British person. Dynamo delayed the experience interminably, repeatedly asked for financial info they already had. Repeatedly ask for info regarding my personal situation which they already had. took money when the offer hadn't been finalised although that was considered a formality. Now they are trying to push it back on the estate agent. Didnt call when they were supposed to and said they would. Absolute rubbish, don rate them at all.

Fast and painless service! They reached out and didn't give up on me when I was too busy to get back to them, as soon as I gave the go-ahead to re mortgage with my current lender to get a good rate it was sorted in a matter of days. No fees! Amazing!

called them for an agreement in principle type of document. They passed me around to various 'advisors' with their respective email addresses. The 'final' person who was 'helping' me told me how much i can borrow, and never bothered sending me the agreement in principle. I mean do you want my potential business or not ? if you can build a rappor and help me, i may use you in the future. I complained and got along conplicated letter which is not going to help me do what i am trying to do. you know which staff let me down, as i have told you in my email... have a word and sort them out ? On top of that they could have gave me what i wanted in the first place but never bothered and they think i go time on my hands to ask them again, and wait for them

Such a straightforward to deal with company. Matthew Evans clearly laid out the information that we needed to make a decision and Chloe Fletcher was a godsend in navigating the documentation requirements to be able to satisfy the lender. The system they have in place is simple, straightforward and easy to understand and allowed us to get our mortgage offer in place within approximately three (ish) weeks of the start of the process. Can't fault them at all.

8 month mortgage I've just completed on a remortgage for an application that started on the 1st July last year.
