I paid a discounted price from a price comparison site for breakdown cover upfront. Half way into the year they charged me double the amount I had originally paid. They state they put this in the fine print but it was not made clear. Their excuse is that I would have paid this without the discount. No, I wouldn’t have purchased a breakdown with them and would have gone elsewhere. They cheated me into buying their breakdown cover and charged me extra along the way. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never do business with them again.

I have been using Dynamo as a mortgage broker for many years. But this time, the experience was a bit different. I need to have my mortgage offer ready ASAP to secure my offer for a flat I like. I had our first telephone conversation about the possible mortgage application on Friday morning (10/02/23) with Mr Qais Safi (of Dynamo). The mortgage search and discussion were done on the telephone. He then contacted the potential lender for the deal we found online and received DIP within an hour. Impressively, he submitted the full mortgage application in the afternoon of the same day. With further help from Qais and Mr Ryanne Bean (also from Dynamo), I received my formal mortgage on Wednesday of the week after ( 15th Feb). The estate agency was surprised by the rapid reaction to get a mortgage and secure the flat purchase.
