I needed to sort out my landlords insurance policy, as my previous brokers had sold on their company to a large organisation, I found the new services was not to my satisfaction. Therefore, I spoke to my mortgage broker ( Joshu ) from Dynamo and asked him to help. This is when I was called by Britney from the insurance department, to see if she could help me. I explained to her the issues I was having, especially with one property that I could not get insured with by the previous broker, as this property was in a flood area. And if I was to insure this property without the flood risk the premium was ridiculously high. She researched over a few days a number of ways to get the property with the flood risk fully insured, as well as all of the other properties insured with a better cover than I had ever had with the larger organisation. She takled me through all my needs, as I find often the insurance language used can be mind boggling. A Great Service.
