I ordered a wedding planner that when It came isn't quite how it was shown in the pictures ( false advertisement) I've asked for a refund and am still waiting for the returns label so I can send back( was told would be emailed) When I asked why they sent me a different one they said mistakes happen . But when i asked if they actually sell the one in the picture as I'd happily exchange it for that they did not reply so I'm guessing they don't. All very dodgy and not quick to respond to questions. It's been days and I am absolutely fuming as I want to return book which was a gift for my friend for her birthday( her birthday has now passed). I'm tempted to contact trading standards as they are showing you a picture of a planner they are not selling. So i would never buy from here again and they still have my £18.00.

Everything was as advertised, so extremely happy with the whole buying experience. One thing I would advise buyers to do is measure the dimensions as it's not as big as we thought, but it's still a nice personalised album. For the vendor, as a suggestion, a selection of fonts and sizes would be a nice option whether as single or joined letters/characters, but this is customer feedback, not a criticism.

This photo frame is described as wood, but on receipt it is clearly not. The "wood" is simply a wood-effect veneer, and is not properly finished off at the corners, one of which has the veneer almost peeling off. Very disappointing indeed.
