And she received with the incorrect birthdate ! I was trying to contact the company to ask for a replacement! But no answer yet!

I have emailed you I ordered a book for my granddaughter for her 21st it arrived this morning with the number 18th birthday on it I’m very disappointed and upset I was going to do a memory book and I now don’t have time I would like a full refund and hope you get back to me asap

Brilliant service and speedy delivery, very happy with the purchase.

The frame I ordered arrived very quickly but unfortunately it was not packed very well & the glass was broken in two. I tried for a couple of days to get hold of someone as I was worried as the frame was for my son to give his wife on Mothering Sunday. This afternoon I tried via the chat thing & was told they'd send a new piece of glass. I would rather of spoken to someone or received an email so that I definitely knew it would be coming. Apart from that the frame is lovely.

The item I ordered which was a marriage certificate holder was of great quality and was delivered within 3 days .
