I ordered from you several times but you have let me hugely let me down on my last 2 orders. (1) Frame for Baby Joshua in December- which never arrived. (2) Frame for Angela's milestone birthday in February - which did not have the complete text I asked for. I have left you messages, email and voice messages on your 01582 number but no response or acknowledgement. Really disappointed as both were for special occassions. Kindly send my orders or refund my money; as this is not fair.
