Ho fatto un ordine il i primi di dicembre nel preordine la data di consegna indicata era di max 10 giorni,procedendo con il pagamento e mi inviano una mail che la consegna è prevista a 50/60 giorni. Mi rassegno e aspetto Dopo 50 giorni arriva metà dell ordine la scatola della spedizione era bucata faccio le foto dell esterno e dell interno( articolo che si vede che è stata già utilizzato e poi rinballato alla meglio e poi spedito a me) e dei danni che ho riscontrati sull articolo e le mando al Motea chiedendo il reso A questo punto nascono nuovi problemi in principio nessuno risponde alle mail poi quando chiamo il servizio clienti molto maleducatamente mi risponde che devo aspettare l arrivo di tutto l ordine prima di fare il reso, a questo punto apro un reclamo con amazon visto che fortunatamente ho pagato con amazonpay, stranamente procedendo e mi mandano etichetta di reso, dopo 15 giorni ricevo un rimborso parziale giustificato dal fatto nel reso inviato mancasse un componente, a questo punto faccio presente che ho fotografato tutto ciò che ho ricevuto e che poi gli ho rispedito e che se manca qualcosa è chiaro che non l ho ricevuto. Ancora la mia odissea non è finita ma è chiaro che questi signori non sono affatto affidabile e leggendo le altre recensioni mi rendo conto che questa è la normalità per loro Morale ; NON COMPRATE SU MOTEA

Bought a Central Stand for my MV Agusta. Good price. Shipping stated March (also says that in the ad) , but I received it in 3 days from Germany. Make sure you thoroughly read the ad information. We're not in the EU so there will be custom charges from UPS. A friend of mine also bought one, same experience as me. Product was high quality and I trust my £10k bike on it. If you read the negative reviews you can see many of them clearly didn't read the ad information. Go in with eyes open. READ.

Bought some hard luggage carriers at what I thought was a good price only to find when UPS delivered there was an import tax of £50.35 to pay. So the bargain you got for £140.00 turns out to be not so good after all. Was also disappointed that you had to drill your own holes in the luggage to fit the brackets. Also dont buy if tou have an aftermarket exhaust. I had to change my vance and hines for a shorty to get them on. That said, they do look good on bike

Denoch bei meine Bestellung es ist gestanden gebührenfrei für Zustellung in der Schweiz aber ich habe trozdem zoll Gebühren bezahlt 42.70 chf Ihr solltet das in Bestellung erwähnen, "Lieferung nach Schweiz is mit Zoll Gebühren zu rechnen." Muy mala experiencia siendo la primera y la última. He comprado varias cosas y he pagado de más en el envío en caso de devolución. Mi sorpresa es que el envío te avisan cuando sale pero nada más. Después de dos semanas y escribirles me dicen que el pedido está en un punto de recogida y que tenía unos días para recogerlo o lo devolvían. Una vez recogido una de las cosas que pedí faltaba la tornilleria (Osea lo más importante) y cuando les reclamo me dicen que les envíe fotos. Les mando fotos y me dicen que se les devuelva todo ya que no tienen las piezas sueltas que me faltan. Una auténtica vergüenza.

PURTROPPO DEVO CONSTATARE CHE LA MERCE NON SOLO è IDENTICA A QUELLA DI ALIEXPRESS MA è TANTO PIù DI SCARSA QUALITà E SENZA CONTROLLO PRIMA DI ESSERE SPEDITA, RESTITUITA E RICEVUTO RIMBORSO IL TUTTO QUASI IN UNN MESE. MI SA CHE RITORNO SU ALIEXPRESS ALMENO LE COMPRO LA METà.
