Je commande un rail pour moto lourde et le suivi de ma commande n'est pas visible sur le site. J'apprends au téléphone que ma commande ne pourra être honorée et qu'elle va être annulée. Il parait que je vais être remboursé mais pour l'instant toujours rien. Motea ? A fuir !

I want to return some profuct that dont fit to my bike and they create an awb on the Ups courier on the date of 03.01.’25 but this courier never contact me to pick up my return goods. I tried so many time times to contact them but it is inposible,they dont answer on phone or emails. So i tried to contact Motea to explain my problem but when i fill up the form always appear that message “an error occurred while processing your form,please try again latter” this is the only way to contact Motea,to fill up the form.So i cant complain to anyone about my problem and in this way i lost 180 euro

After reading some negative feedbacks, I pushed the pay button with shaky hands... I ordered a crash bar and liner bags for panniers for my GS. Both were much less pricey than elsewhere. I placed the order on the 29th of December, it was delivered on the 6th of January to Hungary. The crash bar was packaged in bubble wrap with strong plastic foil also. I even had to use a knife to unwrap it. It looks of good quality. I gave 4 stars because I don't know if the crash bar fits perfectly (looks ok, but had no time to install it yet), and I don't know how the costumer service and the product return is working.

Produkte ganz gut, gute Preis-Leistung. Kundenservice miserabel, kennen ihre eigenen Produkte auch nicht - das hat mich stutzig gemacht, dann habe ich recherchiert. Viele der Produkte ähneln denen einer chinesischen 4-buchstabigen Billig-Website wie ein Ei dem anderen. Ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die ganze Website eine große Dropshopping-Vereinigung ist, zumindest für die "Eigenmarken"-Produkte.

J'ai reçu un couvre selle en maille pour mon himalayan 450. D'après la photo de l'article sur le site motea ce couvre selle est en deux partie : pilote et passager, conformément à l'architecture de la selle. Hors, celui reçu est en une seule partie... ce qui empêche le démontage partiel de la selle. Bref, produit non conforme et, de toutes façons, de très mauvaise qualité.

Goedkoop, wel van mindere kwaliteit. Remslot voor op stuur is OK en zijn geld waard. Toolbox uit kunststof om te monteren op bagagedrager is van mindere kwaliteit en niet waterdicht zoals beloofd. Je betaald een stuk minder dan de volledig aluminium variant van BMW maar kwaliteit is ook heel wat minder. Verzending en track en trace van pakket was in orde. Al bij al, goedkoper dan de duurdere merken en dat merk je. ( maar daar kies je natuurlijk zelf voor)

Suite à l'achat d'un top-case, description trompeuse confirmée par le service client du porte bagage compatible Ducati Multistrada V4 ! J'ai dû adapter la platine ! Je me suis rapprochée du service client pour un geste commercial et la seule réponse de leur part est que j'aurais dû les alerter avant de faire ma propre adaptation !!! Conclusion : ils vendent les top-cases mais les platines ou porte bagages ne sont pas adaptées ! A FUIR

I'll never buy from Motea again for one simple reason - they use UPS as their courier. Simply awful. UPDATE: Motea have resent a parcel to me, following UPS inability. So, I've increased my star rating of Motea to three stars.

Hallo zusammen, ich hatte Brems- und Kupplungshebel bestellt und direkt per paypal bezahlt. Nach ein paar Tagen habe ich die Ware erhalten. Leider nicht die, die ich bestellt hatte. Ein direkter Austausch war nicht möglich. Zuerst zurück schicken, dann Prüfung im Lager. Anschließend wäre die Neulieferung möglich. Erst hieß es, der richtige Artikel sei in der Auslieferung, wurde aber Tage später annulliert. Hebel sind gar nicht vorrätig und erst im Januar wieder lieferbar. Laut Onlieshop aber erst ab Mitte Februar. Nachdem ich den Auftrag stoniert hatte, habe ich mein Geld zurückbekommen, mit der Info, ich könne einen anderen Artikel bestellen und es gäbe im Nachhinein eine Gutschrift, danke nein! Das falsch gelieferte Produkt schien o.k. zu sein, aber Service = nix! Nie wieder MOTEA. Sorry, Karsten K.

Es mi segunda compra y todo fue genial desde 1 momento, pedido, factura, incluso no tenía el seguimiento de envío y la atención al cliente de momento me la dio, aparte del buen precio, la calidad , la instrucciones al detalle, tanto por pdf ,como en papel. Cada vez que me haga falta algo ,no dudaré en compra.

Einfache Katastrophe! Anfang Oktober 24 bestellt, Liefertermin Anfang November 24 genannt bekommen und nach 11 Wochen immer noch keine Ware, keine Rückmeldung, einfach nichts. Kontaktmöglichkeit fast unmöglich. Telefonnummer entweder Dauerbesetzt oder man kommt nicht dran... Über die Website findet man keine Möglichkeit direkt den Kontaktformular zu sehen. Nach lange Suche wurde ich fundig.....Siehe da, man hat keine Möglichkeit eine Nachricht zu senden. Das Kontaktformular ist nichts anderes als automatische Antwort auf vordefinierten Fragen. Spart euch den Ärger und bestellt bei anderen Shops!
