A dispetto di molte recensioni negative in sono molto soddisfatto dei prodotti Motea (ne ho acquistati fino ad ora tre in tempi diversi ). Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo il servizio clienti ed i tempi di consegna precisi anche in anticipo.

Motea is genuinely one of the absolute best company for all your bike needs. I placed an order with some back order stock and they had no problem sending me part of that order TWICE... FOR FREE since I had already paid for the shipping cost on the entire order. If you don't know why that matters is because it costs them significantly more to ship 3 orders Vs 1. Unfortunately I just crashed my Harley so everything I just ordered I have to send back since I didn't get to install them and they have been so caring and understanding of that situation also. They sent me an email with their condolences, wishing me a speedy recovery and they're taking back everything and using a full refund. If your have any doubts about spending time hard earned dosh here, believe me, you'll be very glad you did. These guys are the best in the industry in my opinion.

Unhelpful staff when it came to communicating that item didn’t fit.

I consider this a scam site. They advertise discounts that magically disappear upon payment. When trying to cancel an order, they explain that the package is already packed, even though they describe the rules for canceling transactions differently. Stay away from this site

Great working machine but poor customer service. My center shaft did not fit my rim so I had to use the actual wheel axle shaft and I’ve been trying for over a month to get a response to a possible solution to no avail.

Absolute scam and they shouldn't be allowed to do business at all. Ordered $200 item in Dec 2024 and the tracking info says it won't be delivered until Aug 2025. WTF? They no contact information and are clearly a foreign company that should not be allowed to do business in the US, or at all!

Be careful when ordering from this company the description of the items are not fully explanatory plus if there is more than one box you get custom charges for each box not the item you've paid so in reality your paying custom charges for each item regardless of price. Personally I won't be ordering from this company anymore

Wooden wine rack was husband had to fix it

From first contact to collection of the motorcycle Martin kept me informed and in the picture . On collection the bike had been cleaned and was well presented . All the important details like warranty and service were described to me and a brief run through of all the workings of what is a beautiful bike . All in all I would definitely recommend this dealership . Their prices seemed very good and the service I received made the whole purchase a great experience .

Firma jak najbardziej sprawdzona. Pomimo że najpierw kupiłem 2 produkty a później z uwagi na dlugi okres dostawy jednego z produktów zrezygnowałem z zakupu to przez cały okres zakupowy miałem wsparcie że strony sklepu. Po rezygnacji w ciągu 3 dni pieniądze wróciły na konto. Napewno jeszcze zrobię zakupy lecz zwracając bardziej uwagę na termin dostawy niektórych przedmiotów.
