Ich habe mir am 2.12.24 kupplungs- und Bremshebel bestellt. Erst hieß es, das sich die Bestellung verzögert und ca. am 20.12.24 versendet wird. Dann kam aber eine Email mit dem Versanddatum, dieser war dann am 16.04.25. Danke, nie wieder!!!

Commande passée en stock le 1 décembre 2024, j'appel car rien reçu ce jour le 20 décembre on m'annonce une rupture fournisseur avec un délai à mai 2025, ne prévienne pas le client et quand tu commences à te plaindre légèrement on te raccroche au nez et on ne te répond plus.

J ai commandé des valises intérieures pour valise rigide..pas de soucis pour la livraison mais elles sont trop petites donc retour...le souci est le délai de remboursement....une semaine pour le retour, 2 jour pour le tri du colis et 8 a10 jours pour contrôler le retour et ensuite le remboursement ??? Ça va durer 3 semaines minimum ??? Ça donne pas trop envie de recommander.Eric.

Ordered a constand motorbike lift, which is great. Then Ordered an adapter plate. It arrived, but wasn't the plate I'd ordered. Complained via email and sent pics. They said it was the correct plate as it was the correct order code, even though the plate was completely different to the one pictured on website. Tried suggesting that their stock may have been coded incorrectly but they said it wasn't, told me to return the plate because it must just be incompatible with my bike! Now having to send full stand back with plate as its useless to me now. ABBA bikelift here I come.

Dopo aver aspettato per due mesi un ordine (ovviamente già pagato) , chiamo il servizio clienti che mi dice che il mio ordine non può essere spedito perché non è più disponibile. Azienda poco affidabile e seria , evitate.

Questa è la mail che rappresenta la mia disavventura con motea ed ups."Buongiorno, ho effettuato l'ordine di cui sopra il 30/11/2024, la spedizione a mezzo UPS risulta partita il 4/12/2024, seguendo il tracking più volte è stato inserito "in consegna tra le ore 17 e le 19. Ho contattato UPS e mi hanno assicurato la consegna per il giorno 13/12/2024, ho aspettato in casa senza ricevere la spedizione. Ho inviato una comunicazione al servizio di supporto e mi è stato riferito che la merce si trova a disposizione per il ritiro presso la sede di Lamezia Terme dal giorno 11/12. Rappresento che Lamezia Terme si trova a 120 chilometri da Reggio Calabria e non hanno un recapito telefonico per poter chiudere informazioni. Successivamente questa mattina ho contattato il servizio di supporto al numero : +39 0595290174, mi ha risposto l'operatrice trattandosi con sufficienza e non fornendo le informazioni che le ho richiesto per conoscere il giorno e l'orario di consegna, manifestato il mio disappunto in quanto sono trascorsi 20 giorni senza aver ricevuto quanto acquisto, la stessa mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia. Provando a richiamare non ho avuto alcuna risposta. Ho chiamato con un'altra linea telefonica e quando mi sono presentato lei ha nuovamente chiuso la telefonata senza lasciami parlare. Alla luce di quanto sopra esposto, chiedo la risoluzione dell'acquisto e la restituzione di quanto pagato, con promessa che in futuro non effettuerò più acquisti sul vostro sito. Il 3 dicembre ho fatto un ordine # 11000454115 Doveva arrivare il 10 dicembre ma nessuna notizia. Ho scritto più volte al sito chiedendo almeno il codice di tracciamento pacchi con ups ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta

Suite commande d'un pare brise pour quad, article arrivé très rapidement par ups. Malgré tous les avis négatifs aperçu sur le net, j'ai passé commande et j'en suis très content. Donc un rapport qualité prix imbattable (ça reste du produit bas de gamme...).

The center stand recommended by Constands arrived promptly in CA and was well-packaged. Unfortunately its design is faulty and I could not lift my VFR1200F onto the center stand. The folks at Motea were extremely helpful, provided great communication, and refunded my money. Very good customer service and communication!

Appalling service. I ordered and paid delivery on the 24th November for a in stock item and as of today 14/12/2024 the item is still in process so not even dispatched in 20 days. There is no email or telephone number and only a automatic computer generated response from their contact section when you log into their site. No updates, nothing and no way of contacting is shocking. Meant to be in UK but German based. If you buy from them at your own peril make sure you pay by Visa and there is no hassle getting your money back from the Visa company.

Ik heb op 17 oktober 24 een extra tas voor topkoffer BMW R1300GS besteld. Volgens hen gebeurt de levering tussen 28.9.24 en 2.10.24(?????). We zijn nu 13.12.24 en nog steeds niets ontvangen, zelfs geen update IVM levering. Vandaag weer mail gestuurd met vraag over de stand van zaken...ben benieuwd of ik update krijg, anders zal het sowieso geld terug vragen worden en opnieuw een mooie review...

Ich habe eine Sitzbank für mein Motorrad im Juli 2024 bestellt und über PayPal direkt bezahlt. Liefertermin sollte zwischen dem 29.11.2024 und 03.12.24 sein. Da am 02.12.2024 meine Bestellung immer noch als "in Bearbeitung" ausgewiesen wurde (und nicht als versendet), rief ich bei Motea an. Mir wurde gesagt, dass "der Hersteller Lieferprobleme " habe und sie mir nicht sagen könnten, wann meine Sitzbank kommt. Interessanterweise war das Produkt die ganze Zeit über zum Kauf auf der Homepage angeboten, auch jetzt noch, während ich diese Zeilen schreibe. Ich glaube, dass sich die Firma auf diese Weise von etlichen verhinderten Käufern zinslos Geld leiht. Ich rate dringend von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Motea ab. Zugute halten will ich, dass mir das Geld zurück überwiesen wurde.
