Ho acquistato e montato un faro per GS1200 che ha la certificazione CE sul sito di MOTEA. La lampada è andata molto bene fino a qualche giorno fa, quando un supporto in plastica ha ceduto. non so per quale motivo. la lampada è ancora in garanzia. ho contattato il servizio clienti Motea ieri, ed oggi mi hanno già risolto il problema offrendomi la sostituzione dell'articolo difettoso. gentilezza e codialità negli operatori che ho anche sentito per telefono. azienda tedesca e mi hanno risposto in italiano. adesso attendo di ricevere l'articolo nuovo ma posso dire che fino ad ora non posso che dare 10 e lode al servizio e all'azienda che c'è dietro. BRAVI continuate così. io riutilizzerò sicuramente questo negozio on-line nei miei prossimi acquisti.

Consegnati come previsto, prodotti esattamente come da descrizione sul sito ma mi hanno piacevolmente sorpreso per la qualità dei materiali e per i dettagli, sono davvero studiati bene. Per un mio errore di valutazione però, una borsa era davvero troppo grande per le mie esigenze e la mia moto. Ho fatto la procedura di reso velocemente, con indicazioni chiare. Per un dettaglio ho preferito chiamare il servizio clienti ed ho avuto un trattamento superiore ad ogni aspettativa. Compro molto on-line, raramente ho ricevuto tanta attenzione al cliente. Le recensioni negative che ho letto mi sorprendono molto. La mia esperienza è da 5 stelle

Comme tout le monde je cherche les meilleurs prix ! évidement motea est attractif sur pas mal de produits. Ils vendent des packs sympa, j'ai un tracer 9 gt de 2023 j'ai donc voulu installer des crash barre avec feux additionnel que motea vend en pack ! on se dit au top ! le seul problème étant que les crash barre et les fixations des feux ne sont pas compatible ensemble et par mal chance un des bouchons du bout d'une des deux crash barre est manquant... je me dis rien de grave je vais leurs demander et ils vont m'envoyer ce qu'il me manque. héhé.... La seule réponse qui ma été adressé est "renvoyez le matériel" Aucune tentative pour arranger la chose en envoyant juste un bouchons et d'autres fixations... c'est quand même étrange de vendre des packs de produit qui ne vont pas ensemble... Je n'y commanderais plus rien et les copains non plus...

J'ai reçu un colis en deux fois mais ce n'était pas clairement indiqué que j'allais recevoir deux colis. La commande étant pour un kit de 2 pièces j'ai cru à une erreur, et donc ai contacté le service client. Réponse, claire et rapide, rien à dire. Effectivement la commande a été livrée dans un délai plus rapide ce qu'annoncé, très satisfait.

BE CAREFUL! This company is poor quality service and products. Hidden ridiculously long delivery times, then hidden extra costs that the UPS man has to break to the customer on the doorstep! Then faulty damaged products and a return process that is purposely made so hard to make you give up. Theres much better suppliers that are actually cheaper as they don't use hidden charges. Avoid

Compre baul de 65 litros de aluminio creyendo que era una marca suya original y el baul es chino asi k me la clavaron pague 300 euros y en amazon lo puedes comprar el mismo por 180 y si lo podes a cina mucho mas barato lo bueno del baul es que es de aluminio y se ve d buena calidad pero esta pagina vende cosas chinas 😡😡

The customer relations is 5 star but the automated parts of the returns process is a bit fiddly and unclear. I had a hard time finding an email address and a way to ask questions about the returns process how ever when I did and got in contact with them (Motea) everything was very straight forward. This was the first time I had a problem with one of their products and I’m happy with how the problem was handled and I think I would consider the process less fiddly now that I’ve gone through it once. All and all, I have shopped from them on several times before and definitely will again.

Absolute shambles, between Motea and UPS zero customer service and zero communication. Watch out for the shipping charges which you are not told about, the bit they knock of are funnily enough the import charges you pay. Quicker and easier to use Ali express because it's where they get their goods from.

Commandé un support d'équilibrage WU-2 Le support lui-même est en ordre mais les cônes de centrage en aluminium, sont percés 0.6 mm plus grand que l'axe sur lequel ils sont. De ce fait ils se décentrent lors du serrage et la jante ne tourne pas rond, donc impossible à équilibrer correctement. Après envoi de la description du problème, un remboursement m'a été proposé sans devoir retourner l'article à titre exceptionnel. 3 étoiles pour le SAV.

Le site est bien les produits aussi dommage que les dates de livraisons ne soit pas fiable ce qui en cas de besoin fait hésiter.

Eigentlich wollte ich keine Bewertung schreiben aber nachdem was ich hier alles schlechtes gelesen habe mach ich es trotzdem. Ich habe eine Tuning Sitzbank mit Schutzblechen für knappe 135€ gekauft. Die Bestellung ist nach 4 Tagen bei mir angekommen und es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Zwischendurch habe ich auch den kundensupport geschrieben und es kam am nächsten Tag die Antwort. Deswegen verstehe ich nicht warum so viele was schlechtes schreiben.

Habe im Juni 2024 Bremshebel für mein Motorrad bestellt, und habe meine Lieferung nie zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt erhalten. Daraufhin folgte auch nie eine Info von Motea, dass sich die Lieferung verzögert, bis ich mal nach meiner Lieferung gefragt habe - num haben wir September 2024 und ich habe die Info erhalten, das die Bremsehebel erst im Oktober!!! Erwartet werden. Knapp 5 Monate Lieferzeit ist nun echt eine bodenlose Frechheit! Da bekommt man doch ein komplettes Motorrad schneller.
