Great service from Jake at Mann's Music. Due to Covid I could not see the Cordoba Mini until it arrived and when I wanted to exchange it for a different finish this was dealt with quickly and smoothly. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them highly to anyone that is interested in buying a new instrument.

The price they advertised was £195 below the RRP & around £100 cheaper than anyone else so that sealed the deal for me. It arrived the next day & on time as promised in perfect condition with additional packaging for added protection. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mann’s to anyone looking for quality musical instruments.

We ordered a 1/2 Violin (to be restrung as a viola) from Mann's Music after our viola tutor recommended them. Our experience was extremely positive from beginning to end. Tim and the employees provided help over the phone and via email. The violin was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It was nicely packed in a larger box for protection. One of the strings snapped during the first tuning. Tim kindly sent us a replacement out of courtesy. I recommend Mann's Music with no reservations and I would definitely conduct business with them again in the future.

The Guitar arrived very quickly, but I soon realised the 48mm nut width was too narrow for me on a 580mm scale guitar. Mann's agreed to take it back and arranged collection (at my cost) and the refund came rapidly. The guitar was well built and sounded fine for the body size. The electric pickup was a touch honky, but good for the price.

A strange one this but I want to give Mann’s Music 5 stars even tho I didn’t receive the goods. Tim at Manns Music has been fantastic but unfortunately APC the courier totally let Mann’s Music down. They failed to deliver the goods, broke promises and told lies. APC are not to be trusted but Mann’s Music were first class. Tim tried to contact the courier but was unable to get them to complete the simple job of delivering the goods. Tim and Mann’s Music should not be penalised because of an inept courier. Tim gave me a full refund and we moved on. Thank you Tim 👍

This is the second guitar I have purchased from Manns for my daughter and as before great service and arrived very quickly. Not only is it my local music shop so nice to support at present but also came in as the cheapest online which goes to show if small local shops can sell at these prices how much some of the bigger retailers are overcharging you for items. Would definitely recommend and will be nice to actually visit the shop and browse for further items when the opportunity arises.

Good service at the telephone, delivery was prompt, but unfortunately the packaging was not good. The cardboard box was quite damaged, fortunately the items inside appear to be OK.
