Ordered a hard case for my gretsch bass just before Xmas. I put in the wrong delivery address ( my brothers) and ended up contacting the shop as it said that the case had been delivered. They couldn’t have been more helpful and were super polite when I realised It was my mistake (doh). To summarise: great service, great price, prompt delivery = 5 stars
