Excellent staff and really good pre-purchase advice given - its a shame the quality control at Cordoba wasn't as good - it arrived with 2 faults and a small blemish clearly repaired with filler at the factory - to be fair a replacement was immediately offered but in these times it didn't feel right to accept as it will inevitably get knocked about in use - its a shame the staff felt my product expectations when spending £170 were too high - "the level of quality/finishing you're looking for might not be found at this price point" - presumably they too understand Cordobas quality control weaknesses which are well documented in quite a number of product reviews......don't pay the extra for the FMH version - BUT its the only Nylon strung travel guitar out there and sounds great so has to get a vote V. Pleased with the sound/playability of the instrument

Although ordered at the Easter weekend the package still arrived quickly. I ordered a guitar amp. Very pleased with both the product & the quality of service. Can happily recommend.

My order was a day later than expected but was expecting this with the current Covid- 19 situation. Customer service was excellent when there was a slight issue with the product but this was quickly sorted out and Mann Music were constantly in touch. Would 100% use them again!
