I wanted a ukulele I can play in the shower. Although it's by no means the best ukulele in the world, you can play a tune on it, and it is excellent for the task for which it was purchased. Dleivery was excellent. I will bear Mann's Music in mind for future purchases.

Great service. Had an issue where a part was missing from the product I'd ordered. They were quick to contact the manufacturer and send me over a replacement part. Communication was really good throughout.

Quick delivery and brilliant item - wish I had bought one sooner as its easier to just pick up guitar for shorts periods if a riff pops into your head rather than my acoustic which is obviously harder to play rock or metal!

I needed a less expensive guitar for my granddaughter to take on the bus to college. We identified the Yamaha Pacifica as a fit - price and quality-wise. We checked on-line the availability and price from various suppliers and were really pleased to find that our local guitar shop were the cheapest and had one available. The order was processed easily and sent by courier for a modest fee. The item was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. She has had to adjust to the feel of the flat frets but likes it alot. (Her Fender has a radius to the frets.) Good Product - Good Service - Good Result !

There aren't many places in the UK that stock Huss & Dalton guitars, which are hand built in the US in only small numbers. I was delighted to find the H&D Crossroads dreadnought at Mann's, which I duly ordered before someone else could snap it up. It arrived promptly, perfectly setup and a lot of care had been taken with the packing. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case with every music shop, but Mann's did a great job. They clearly care about their instruments and their customers. This is very much noted and appreciated. And what a spectacular guitar. Plays like a dream and sounds amazing, with just the merest hint of 'new top' stiffness that I fully expect to play out within the first few months. I count myself incredibly fortunate to have one of these beautiful guitars and would not hesitate to order again from Mann's. Highly recommended.
