Really excellent service, and a very competitive price. A member of staff phoned to check delivery instructions, and the item was dispatched promptly. The courier service they used was good too. Would certainly order from Mann's again.

Purchased a Stagg USB microphone and a spare set of D'Addario guitar strings online. Arrived the next day - amazing service. The only problem was that the mike did not work very well on my Windows 10 laptop. I later found out that this is a known problem with Win10, so not the fault of Manns - perhaps Stagg should not advertise it as suitable for Windows. However I was able to resolve it by googling the problem and downloading a utility to improve the response.

Amazing customer service product arrived quick and well packaged. The bass I also purchased was cheaper on here than anywhere else I saw online! Definitely buying from here again!
