I recently purchased a beautiful ukulele via Mann‘s Music. As it was a B-stock ukulele for great price I wanted to know more about its condition. Tim and Phil were quick to respond to all of my questions and even sent me several photos of the Ukulele, explaining to me in detail why it was considered B-Stock. They were very patient and very nice when communicating with me. The ukulele came very quick, international shipping was very cheap. As I ordered it without a case I was nervous at first if it was going to arrive safely but they had wrapped it very carefully and so now I am an owner of a beautiful ukulele that sounds beautifully. Excellent service from Tim. I ordered a guitar for my daughter which I unfortunately, on arrival, had a buzzing on one of the strings. I contacted Mann’s to ask their advice and had a prompt reply from Tim (despite it being outside of normal trading hours) advising me how to return. I was sent a prepaid postage label and once they had received the faulty guitar back they sent out a new one straight away. The replacement was fine with no issues. I would not hesitate in ordering from this company again.

Wanted a new acoustic guitar and did my research. I was astonished to find that the cheapest was a relatively local music shop. I unhesitatingly ordered the guitar and some other guitar-related material and they arrived very quickly and securely. Very happy with the service and happy to shop locally - even over the internet!

My second purchase online from Mann’s. Unfortunately this guitar turned out to be not quite what I was after but return was not an issue, I just repackaged, contacted Mann’s and they emailed me a returns label for me to attach to the box. Had the option of using either Hermes or Parcel Force. Opted for Parcel Force as I could take to my local Post Office rather than wait in for collection. All fully tracked and insured so worry free. Two days after it was delivered back to Mann’s, my credit card was re-credited. All in all the whole experience was trouble free and I can’t praise all the staff at Mann’s enough for their quality of service. I will undoubtedly buy from them again.

I bought a Fender Jimmy Page Dragon Telecaster from Mann's a few weeks ago. I had it shipped here to Sweden with no problems whatsoever. I emailed them and asked to get the one they had posted on the images, as the ash body had a nice grain to it and the rosewood fretboard was nice and dark. I got a reply just a few hours later, saying that it was no problem and that they would have it sorted for me right away. Super happy with the service, top notch! 👍🏻 I'd be happy to buy from Mann's again any day. Any day the wife agrees to it anyway. 😄 The perfect number of guitars to own is always one more.
