Sunny was helpful and clear about policy. Was slightly taken aback by change in quote as was within 7 days of original online quote . It was possible to reduce amount but surely this should be automatic rather than on request.

This was a follow up to me getting an online quote the previous day , to renew my travel insurance with this company. The phone call (unexpected) was helpful without being pushy and I was offered a call later in the afternoon to discuss, which allowed me time to consider what I wanted to do. The call was returned at the time arranged by Luke and agreed with me. At no time did I feel under pressure to purchase. On discussion I was given an excellent and 'fair' quote -(given that I have several health conditions that needed cover, as in the previous year) and a start time convenient to me. This was exemplary from start to finish and dealt with pleasantly and efficiently by Luke ( in stark contrast to my experience with another travel insurance company I have encountered). Confirmation online was immediate and copies of documents sent by email and post were offered. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, Insure and Go - and this particular individual, Luke, who was excellent in every respect.
