Able to speak to a human being for a change! Easy to use website, but I had a couple of questions so rang to get help. Got through straight away and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I hope I will not need anything when on holiday, but feel reassured that if I do, there will be someone on the end of a phone to help me.

Your website said unable to renew online and to call 0800 848 8690 which apparently is your sister company. The person I spoke to tried to transfer my call but couldn't so advised me to ring another number, but this was another different number to your renewal letter and email and website, so I opted for 0800 072 6567 and spoke to Ben who was very helpful. Phone nos need to be clear in these days of scams! So a bad start but good later.

Leslie was friendly and helpful, made the process simple. Expected long, drawn-out quote and was pleasantly surprised at the speed. Leslie completed the quote, asked if I had any questions and I decided to accept the quote immediately. No need to ring around other companies. Very happy with this experience. Thank you Leslie.

Easy and quick

I had an online renewal price, was quoted a cheaper rate after speaking with customer service person. When I asked if my renewal quote reference had been applied and gave ref number, price increased by £32. Not happy or impressed and they said they could no longer offer price as system was live.
